1. Ordering and Modifications
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, but you must act quickly. Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, any requests to modify your order (such as changing the shipping address or custom details) or cancel your purchase must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at support@ribbondo.shop immediately. Requests made after this 4-hour window cannot be accepted.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your checkout, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
Will the actual product look exactly like the pictures?
We strive to display our custom wood and metal decor items as authentically as possible. However, because we use natural wood and metal materials, slight variations in wood grain, texture, and color may occur. Additionally, lighting conditions and screen settings may cause minor differences.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses to ensure the safe delivery of our larger wood and metal items.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a simple flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of your items.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days. This includes:
- Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days for custom production, quality control, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 5 - 7 business days once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
(Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
How can I track my package?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
What if my package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please check your property, porch, and with your neighbors first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@ribbondo.shop so we can assist you in filing a missing package claim with the carrier.
3. Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Ribbondo covers the return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees?
No, we believe in fair pricing. Ribbondo does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@ribbondo.shop with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged. Please do not send items back to the address on the package without contacting us first. We will provide you with the proper return address and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer direct exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product separately on our website.
