What is Ribbondo?
Ribbondo is a store specializing in unique, handcrafted gifts made from wood and metal. We believe every gift is a story and a special bond between the giver and the receiver.
Orders and Payment
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. You have 10 hours from the time of a successful purchase to contact us via email to request a cancellation or modification. After this timeframe, the order will be moved to the processing phase and cannot be changed.
What is your order cutoff time?
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
What payment methods are accepted?
- PayPal (and Venmo via PayPal where available in your region)
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed through PayPal's secure gateway
Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping costs and methods?
We use Standard Shipping with a flat fee of $6.99 USD for all orders.
What is the total delivery time for my order?
The estimated total delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, which includes 3-5 days for processing and 7-10 days for shipping.
What are your business days?
Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?
We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
What if my package is damaged?
If your package is damaged, you must contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order with photos for timely assistance.
What if my package is lost?
If a package does not arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to find a solution.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us first via email to receive a prepaid return shipping label.
How long does a refund take?
If your refund request is approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will cover all shipping costs for both the returned item and the new item being sent out.
