Orders and Payment
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes. You have 10 hours from the time of a successful purchase to contact us via email to request a cancellation or modification. After this timeframe, the order will be moved to the processing phase and cannot be changed.
What is your order cutoff time?
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
What payment methods are accepted?
- PayPal (and Venmo via PayPal where available in your region)
- Credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed through PayPal's secure gateway
Note: You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a card.
Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping costs and methods?
We use Standard Shipping with a flat fee of $6.99 USD for all orders. We offer Free Shipping for orders of $79 or more.
What is the total delivery time for my order?
The estimated total delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, which includes 3-5 business days for processing and 7-10 business days for shipping.
What are your business days?
Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?
We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
What if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
If your package is lost or hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is completely free. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email for all eligible returns, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We support exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or even if you wish to change to a different variation (like size or color). Please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the new item.
How long does a refund take?
If your refund request is approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The refund will include the full product price plus your original shipping cost.
