Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or report an issue.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how to print and attach it to your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving the order.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a full refund or sending a free replacement.

5. Exchanges

We support exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or simply if you wish to change to a different variation (e.g., size or color).

Once approved, we will provide a return label for the original item and cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • The refund amount will include the full price of the product plus any original shipping costs you paid when placing the order.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We offer Standard Shipping with a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all orders. Free shipping for orders of $79 or more.

The total time it takes to receive your order includes processing and shipping time. Our business days are Monday through Saturday.

  • Processing Time: From 3-5 business days. This is the time we need to prepare, pack, and ship your order.
  • Shipping Time: From 7-10 business days.
