Return & Refund

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will include the product price and the original shipping cost. The process will be completed within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted and processed. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges or Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange or replacement, you must email us at support@ribbondo.shop within 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  • Return shipping costs for an exchange or replacement will be covered by the store.
  • Shipping costs for the new, exchanged product will also be covered by the store.

  • Shipping Time: From 7-10 business days. This is the time the package spends in transit from our warehouse to your address.
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated from 10 to 15 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen factors.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

4. Taxes and Customs Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
