1. Shipping Method and Cost
We offer Standard Shipping with a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD for all orders.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
The total time it takes to receive your order includes processing and shipping time. Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
- Processing Time: From 3-5 business days. This is the time we need to prepare, pack, and ship your order.
- Shipping Time: From 7-10 business days. This is the time the package spends in transit from our warehouse to your address.
- Total Delivery Time: Estimated from 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen factors.
3. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Taxes and Customs Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
5. Responsibility for Accurate Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you find an error in the address after placing your order, please refer to our Cancellation and Modification Policy for details on how to change your order within the allowed timeframe.
6. Damaged Packages
If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order with photos for timely assistance.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
In the event that your package is lost or does not arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to find a solution and ensure your rights are protected.
