1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

If you believe in good faith that materials available on the Ribbondo website infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice requesting that we remove the material or block access to it.

To be effective, the Notice must include the following information:

• Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
• Description of Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (web address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
• Location on Our Site: Identification of the URL or other specific location on the Service where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
• Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• Statement of Good Faith: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of Accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a written counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the Counter-Notice must include:

• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
• Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
