Return and Refund Policy

At Ribbondo, we want you to love your wood and metal decor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free of any signs of wear or damage.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or order number to complete your return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@ribbondo.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the appropriate return address for sending your package.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Ribbondo will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

We believe in fair and transparent pricing.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns processed within the 30-day window.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility to verify the item's condition (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected: If the item is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ribbondo.shop.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Because our products are often in high demand, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be in stock by the time your return reaches us. Therefore, to ensure you get the item you want:

  1. Please follow the return process to send your unwanted item back for a refund.
  2. Once the return is initiated, simply place a new order for the desired item separately on our website.
